As the leader in easy automation, Zapier empowers businesses to automate workflows and move data across more than 6,000 apps. To represent the company’s digital products in the physical world – and delight customers and partners along the way – Zapier partnered with Brilliant to set up a new public swag store called Automatic Apparel.
A Process as Efficient as the Product
Brilliant designed a unique digital storefront, provided custom product photography, and managed the project using a detailed timeline map. The timeline ensured all the moving pieces were in place for launch day and every Zapier and Brilliant teammate understood their specific responsibilities.
The gifts were selected with an eye on sustainability, with Frank Green bottles, Comfort Colors shirts in sustainable U.S.-grown cotton, LA Apparel jogger sets made in the U.S., and recycled canvas totes from women-owned company Baggu. Plus, all the swag in Zapier’s public store is mirrored in the internal store, to make sure nothing goes to waste.
Measuring Success and Connecting with Customers
To track the store’s performance, Brilliant led a Measuring Success workshop to align on key metrics and reporting. Google Analytics and Hubspot integrations provide information about traffic and return on investment.
The Automatic Apparel store lets loyal customers purchase swag that they’ll actually use – selected and delivered with Zapier’s trademark efficiency and ease.
