Fullpath, a software/SaaS company specializing in the automotive industry and based in Miami, FL, embarked on a mission to enhance both the employee experience and brand visibility following a recent rebranding effort. Challenges

The challenge for Fullpath was twofold: to elevate the employee experience through strategic gifting and to spread awareness of the rebranded identity internally. The objective was to create a comprehensive milestone gifting program that celebrated key moments in employees’ careers, from onboarding to milestone anniversaries, while aligning with the company’s new brand ethos and values.

Solution

Fullpath implemented a milestone gifting program tailored to employees’ career milestones, including onboarding and each work anniversary up to the fourth year. As employees hit these milestones, they were sent a custom Preferred Gift page where they could claim a new piece of Fullpath swag. The gifts were meticulously curated to complement each other, ensuring that employees received unique items that evolved with their tenure. Leveraging Brilliant’s Storefront platform, Fullpath offered a diverse range of products, including custom T-shirts, hats, pullovers, and even a custom sweatsuit, each reflecting the company’s new brand identity.

Results

The milestone gifting program received accolades for its excellence in enhancing the employee experience, boosting morale, and reinforcing the company’s rebranded identity. With well-curated products and tasteful designs, the program celebrated employees’ milestones and fostered a culture of appreciation and recognition.
